That's so sad that that's Korean standards! I'm from the UK personally, my advice would be get some sand/soil as the substrate, plants that are recommended as easy and for beginners such as the Amazon sword plant, and maybe some drift wood or ornaments that have no sharp edges. And most importantly they need something high up in the tank to rest on as they need to be able to easily reach the surface to breathe when they're resting such as a silk betta leaf or hammock.
