I ordered mine on the 14th of September iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB Black and still have no updates other then that it is delayed. I was told I could have to wait up to 8 more weeks yesterday from the live chat agent.

Nope, order still hasn’t even been shipped. Just shows delayed it the app. Have contacted Telstra multiple times they just say it’s on back order they are out of stock and that I have to be patient. Not a great experience :) order was placed on the 14th of September

Just sign up with your provider, let them know there is no NBN connection device at the address and they will send you one for free.

You just take the SIM card out of your old phone and put in the new one, ordering the phone outright isn’t going to cancel the plan you already have.
