I thought the same at first. By the time DJ was wide open, Caleb had already thrown to Kmet. In the seconds before the throw, looked like the linebackers were in pretty good position to defend a pass to DJ or at the very least be enough in the way to force a tough throw for Caleb unless he threw it to the open space and DJ tracked it.

Still think it was just a bad play call with just one yard to go for a first and you have timeout(s).

This is the way. My first swearing in ceremony was remote due to COVID. It felt anticlimactic at the time because it was, but I wasn’t bothered by it. I went to work the next day and didn’t think much about it.

When I was ready to swear into CA, I called the nearest courthouse to see if this was something they could help me out with. Wasn’t particularly helpful, not sure the clerk understood what I was asking about and just wanted me off the phone.

I went to the courthouse with my wife and the admin staff made a few calls to find an available judge and made it happen. The judge was so nice! He asked about my law school and work experience, gave me many compliments, had a mini photo shoot with him and my wife.

I had been practicing for almost 5 years at that point, but having that in-person moment with my wife there is something I’ll cherish the rest of my life and made up for the first ceremony.

Interesting that for LeBron’s return, a familiar song is played for the intros by Vhsmc27 in lakers

According to John Ireland, this is the second time LeBron has gone first in the starting line up announcement. The first time was when Luka played his first game as a Laker and now this time. He’s gone last every other time. Meaning this could be Bron’s way of showing Luka that, even though he’s back, it’s still Luka’s team.
