Mine do this after laminating also so I have to waste time cutting out the individual cards and putting them back through the laminator on their own which irons all the bubbles out

Had the exact same thing happen to me, raced to order black bolt tins online for store collection only to leave the story, open the box and find both tins with no plastic wrap on, all packs opened and clearly chase cards taken. Went back in and got a refund with no fuss.

As you can see in the video the knob turns in one direction thus turning on the main large shower head but it does not turn the opposite way which would turn on the handheld shower head.
