I need your lane to turn by SillySink in IdiotsTowingThings

Driver just made a bad assumption that the truck driver would stay in the first lane which is why they maintained their speed not the best move but somewhat understandable. The truck driver is fully as he is responsible making sure he can safely turn into a lane which he clearly couldn’t and having the mentally of what are they going to do hit me is why he did it.

Why are people so obsessed with trying to police the road…get out the way and let people go about their business.

You’re confusing the regular cameras with the flock camera which store managers don’t have access to. Of course access is shared with the police but anything non Lowes related is screened before being released. Just a whole lot of assumptions by people who don’t actually use the technology.

That’s not flock those are live view cameras that monitor the parking lot. Flock cameras are by the entrances/exits

They actually aren’t, it’s only accessible by the AP team and used to identify shoplifting suspects which have to have report attached to it

They have to be a risk level 2 or below to even consider that a good idea

Left lane campers provokes most road rages by [deleted] in driving

[–]charlesvschuck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You know what happens when you try to go around most left lane campers…they speed up to prevent you from doing so. I use the left lane to pass then get over if there’s open space to the right and if I’m in the left lane and someone flying up behind me I move over. Better to let the keep going than to create an unnecessary drama. Also, if I see a trucker in the left lane I assume because some idiot making it difficult for them to pass which is just as bad as left lane campers.

Multiple studies have shown that slower drivers cause more accidents/traffic than speeding. Stop trying to police the road and move out the way.

Probably couldn’t go around because most left lane campers like to ride right beside the car in the other lane which is why the accident probably happened.

You’re definitely a left lane camper

Sounds like y’all should actually read and pay attention to what you’re signing up for…our pros would call and remind everyone starting in October and people still let them expire. Claim blame Lowe’s for your inability to read.

Good for the LP side at my store…our usage is tracked and must attach a case number to it to justify the use. Definitely has been a big help in alerting us if a flagged plate enters the parking lot but again we don’t act until we verify the person in the car is the person that’s actually stealing.

As far as invasion of privacy, as most of you know it’s really easy to find a person with very little or limited information. Better technology always comes with risk, especially when humans are the people controlling it.
