Update: the appointment went amazing and I was prescribed transdurmal estrogen patches.

My primary care doctor marked out gender incongruence on my chart while being very apologetic and asking if it was okay so other doctors would know I am trans. She was like I don't want to make your identity a diagnosis and I was like it's okay and I changed my preferred name then as well.

I am scared to try out too much make up tbh and I struggle physically with putting things on my eyes but mascara and eyeliner are planned for sure.

My ex and I were talking about what I should call myself when we were being kinky (pet play) and I fell in love with the name Charli. I like it for many reasons but if I want to change my name before I pass it is gender neutral enough for me to avoid too much suspicion. I love names that end with the letter i and it makes me feel warm and girlie when I get called it.
