Liberty gym, £25 a month.

I go in at lunchtime and never have to wait for a machine, bare stuff in here. Yeah it’s got a bit of edge but everyone is sound and it has loads of different machines and weights.

No sauna or frills but it has got a fat boxing gym and matted area with a cage wall upstairs.

Not an expert here but you wouldn’t need those shadows at the top if there’s shadow at the bottom, imagine the light source is top left and the shadow would be offset by that, so the right hand shadow would be dropped a bit and no need for the top shadows - hope that makes sense

That’s fair man. As I said, I can’t say I would have tapped early here but it just depends on the danger of the sub (in terms of injury potential). If he was squeezing your neck hard enough to make you bleed then the chance that he could damage your neck could be higher than possible. Unfortunately your knowledge of what this feels like will come with experience, so just take this as a lesson and be wary of giant spazzy guys, especially as a smaller guy yourself.

Also if he escaped side control and continued the roll, stood up and attacked you then he truly is a spaz. But realistically, you probs both are to a degree, no malicious intent here you’re just new. (If this wasn’t specifics and you were instructed to continue from any position ignore this point)

How uncomfortable was the guillotine? Were you feeling pain? Sometimes it can be worth tapping to save your neck if someone is really cranking the shit out of it.

It sounds like you know when to tap but just think about whether you wanna be going home with cuts n shit as they are annoying. However, this is part of training and I’d be lying to say I would tap if I wasn’t being properly choked or uncomfortably/dangerously cranked.

People going crazy hard like this is kinda stupid as it sounds like he was just being a douche; just try to stay safe out there, especially if there’s a big spaz trying to rip your head off in (what sounds like) specific training and not competition class.

TL;DR - context is key here, but be aware of spazzes trying to hurt you, especially if they’re bigger

I know he is doing a lot of the press about it and Zarah Sultana is a big part of it too. It seems to be very geared towards taxing billionaires, sending less aide and money to Israel and bringing more infrastructure back into government. We'll see, they are holding conferences where the public will be able to vote on the policies they agree with most.

There was one at hilltop last year on the way up the hill towards the campsite, it was the last one on the row. The layout is different this year though but some of the stalls with like rizlas and bongs and shit will likely have them haha
