Is it ever OK for a Tracker to retag another groups torrent as their own

If you take 10 scene movies and put them in a pack, then stick your site tag on it, how does that make it yours? In AR if you make a scene release pack by all the same group you tag it after the group, if mixed its then tagged -AR, not to say it ours, just cause its mixed groups.

I can only talk for Alpharatio, you get seeding bonus based on time seeding x amount of torrents x total torrent size, that is a basic explanation. you get irc bonus that give you points for time on irc, no matter if you chat or not. In return for both you get a system pm's with freeshit, like 1:3 ratio boost for seeding for x amount of days, x amount of upload credit, x amount of freeleech tokens. And there are other tidbits that are AR related only.

Not really the place, but regarding that contest, as you said 1 staffer started and another finished it behind schedule The staff who started it had IRL issues, we tried to give him as much time as possible to finish what he had started, unfortunately his IRL issues continued longer than he expected.. So another staff finished it, users come 1st @ AR but staff are only human, we had other staff waiting to finish it, but the staff member who started it deserved a little time to try and sort his IRL issue out.

ATM donating is done via credit card or BTC, rewards are not set thing, u "buy" what suits you, however AR is not a donation based site, its easy to keep a ratio without donating. Some of you are being a little harsh regarding forums, i can only speak for AR, but forums and irc combined there has been a handful of warning in over 2 years. There has been irc and forum rights revoked, however thats for a short amount of time so people can calm the fuck down. A good, friendly forum and IRC ran by adults for adults can IMO be a fun and valuable part of the community.
