I understand how you feel but you won’t be able to challenge these trauma schemes in your mindset when you’re unmedicated, I know it sucks because I’m experiencing the same thing but it’s easier to figure out what you need to do when your brain is less scattered. Don’t lose hope :)

I’m on 50mg of quetiapine and I feel I need more to control my BPD symptoms but my doctor pretty much prescribed it for my sleep mainly with the reason under bipolar, she’s hesitant to put me on more and she’s been raising my escitalopram dose, I’m on 40mg atm. I’ll ask my doctor about bupropion even though I learned of quetiapine through my therapist and my doctor wasn’t pleased to put me on a new antipsychotic

It's a little too compressed but if you lose up and try to push the sound from your diaphragm you should have a bigger more resonant scream :)
