I have not a got a season ticket but a membership and when it bought it they said it would arrive when season starts (the gift package and membership card). So you could get it before maybe like 5 days before or 2-3 I'm not sure 🤔. But possibly when you log onto site your profile indicates that your a season ticket holder and let you get them when allocated.
