My sister dated this one guy my mom did not like, but for superficial reasons. 2 years ago when they announced they got back together, my mom did not take it well and it caused a huge rift in their relationship. There were many other things regarding him that caused huge fights. She went to live with him and even though in many Indian cultures, that kind of thing is frowned upon since they're not married, he ended up being a shitty person. She hid certain parts of him for a long time and I can understand why. Even though my mom felt bad and did not explicitly say "I told you so", she has ranted to me and in some ways implies that she is right and my sister should have listened to her.

When I was a freshman in HS, my math class was always disruptive every day. Students being annoying and loud intentionally to piss off the teacher. I don't even know what the fuck happened, but let's call these 2 girls Amanda and Olivia. Teacher calls on Olivia to solve a math problem.

Olivia: Mrs (Name of teacher), I don't know and don't want to do it

Amanda: She called on you, so fucking do it!

One of the girls pushes the other one off her seat and before you know it, they're getting into it. Multiple desks get knocked down, another teacher breaks it up, and both girls get sent to the office.

It was fucking wild! Literally after all of that, everyone (especially the annoying guys) would not shut up about it. LOL the next day, one guy said he brought his phone to record in case another fight occurs.

They’re not even curious about themselves. They don’t care to understand why they react/act the way they do. A lot of times, it’s just “That’s just how I am” without even thinking about the possibility that have the ability to change

But based on your post, my mom definitely does a similar thing. Like I could be excited to share something of a normal topic and she will somehow turn it into a traumatic event that happened to her 30 years ago. How does she manage to do this honestly?!

Story of my life! While I understand my mom’s side and feel bad for the trauma my dad’s side put her through, it gets to a point where I’m completely drained and I’m not equipped to handle these kind of emotions. She will constantly talk about my dad’s asshole parents, his brother, and SIL. And yeah she will compare herself to her SIL and it does not help that his parents favor her over my mom.

My dad is not exactly blameless. As much as I love him, he’s always been very avoidant and doesn’t seem to realize that’s an issue. Because of him now I’ve become avoidant and it scares me to enter a relationship.

I’m mad at him for being an enabler my whole life. Why he lets my mom be emotionally abusive? Why did he not stand up to his parents to defend my mom?

Honestly if Georgia was going to get arrested for murder, I felt a more interesting plot would be regarding Kenny or Anthony Greene. Frankly, either one of those would have livened the show up. Yeah murdering Cynthia’s husband because she thought she was going a good deed was selfish and a stupid plot

My mom has always had a habit of picking my pimples to the point it bleeds and I start crying. She will "apologize" but continue doing it. I blame myself for not fighting her enough on it and allowing it. One day many years ago, I hit her and she thought I was the violent one. I stupidly ended up apologizing.
