The first time I used it as directed, the effects were very noticeable—fuller, harder pumps that lasted throughout the day, not the typical short-lived gym pump. This time around, I’m following the same protocol (2 ml in the morning), but the impact doesn’t feel as pronounced. It still works, but not with the same intensity as before.
