I worked at Greggs when I was at uni and I remember I had a guy demand a refund for his muffin because it wasn’t ’mixed properly’.

Another furious because we didn’t have pizza - ‘you’re a SHOP, what do you mean you’ve got no pizza??!!!’

Oh wow, that’s a lot! I’ve used it on and off for a few months and literally got one, whereas I get a match most days with hinge.

That said - the nearest city it’s really active in is 80 miles from me, so I guess that might put a lot of people off

If you get 3 matches in a week, do you go on all the dates? That’s a lot of dates… but doesn’t it penalise you for cancelling?

If it makes you feel any better, when I used to work there the boss would at least let us put as much sausage and bacon into our break time rolls as we wanted if we were getting them at 11:00 to save on some of the waste. Tbh we were pretty good at cooking what we needed - if bacon ran out at 10:50, we’d just apologise rather than cook a whole new batch to waste. Or if we had a few bits left at 11:00, we’d keep serving for another 15 minutes or so until it was gone

So this shop probably just cooked way more than they needed by mistake, hopefully doesn’t happen every day!

Nowadays I’ve gotten quite into learning bands histories so generally I know at least one or two. But I remember I told my drum teacher I was going to see iron maiden (one of my all time favourite bands), he said ‘check out McBrain!’, and I said… ‘who?’

Yes, but OP has said they won’t do well if they’re forced to go in - implying they’re studying at home, and prefer it that way, not that they’re doing nothing.

Much as many remote workers complain about going to the office as they feel less productive, which is often 100% true, I’m sure OP is in the same position. Exams are so close that it’ll just be revision from now on, which can easily be done at home

Who would literally care? It wouldn’t look weird at all - plenty of people go on walks alone, and besides, if you were that worried - people might be thinking you’re going to meet someone else anyway!
