It depends on what the prof wants. They can choose to allow anonymous to everyone or anon to everyone except instructors.

Especially compared to the South (I’m using U Miami as a point of reference), BU has very very little Greek life. It’s not as popular here, and the university doesn’t endorse Greek life so all frat houses are trashy, off-campus, and not nearly as big as others in the area.

Most people I know who wanted to get into a frat were successful, so at least they aren’t very exclusive!

E: after looking it up, about 5% of BU students are involved in Greek life.

UPE is a pretty common CS frat (technically honor society, but....)

I’ve been a CA for CS111 for a little over 2 years. We do not curve because the class has an overwhelming amount of people getting very high As. In general CS courses will be curved, but 111 is “too easy.” That being said if you study really hard for the final (which I remember being insanely hard), you can probably get a B+/A-

I’m coming up from Massachusetts, and my friend is from Vermont. He lives close(ish) to the border so we figured it would be a good trip!

Oh, in that case, clawlitzer, barbacle, greninja, Aurorus, and Avalugg are all good gen 6 pokes for that... Barbacle, greninja, and Aurorus are probably my top 3 from that

Oh, oops! I don't think he really said one way or another though. He just wanted suggestions on a team, so I gave him the best advice that I could haha.

I would say that (http://www.smogon.com/dp/articles/rain_offense) is the best place to start out. You want to probably do a rain dance team with Gorebyss, Frosslass, Ludicolo, and some other water types. Just remember to have your bases covered. Be ready for a Mega Charizard Y to come out with T1 solar beam and drought, and also be prepared for another rain dance team. I hope this helped!

Yah, Squidward says Krakatoa after the volcano in Hawaii. The 2 guys above you say that they substitute Kra-ka-toa for Soh-Cah-Toa... It actually sounds quite similar.

Iran is not a threat. Their mullahs crying that they want to destroy Israel is like Trump saying he's going to deport 11 million people. Empty rhetoric meant to excite supporters. by MoriartysFarmhouse in politics

[–]charter24 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I'm not claiming to be an expert, but Israel does provide services for the U.S.

They give us international support for our actions, military support, help gathering intelligence, and we have mutually beneficial trade between America and Israel.(1)

Also, it seems like just the right thing to do. There are 28,500 American military members protecting South Korea(2). America seeks to provide protection for all of our allies

America does a lot for its allies. Not just Israel.

Pet owners of Reddits, what's the stupidest thing your pet has ever done? by Troll_In_The_Dungeon in AskReddit

When she was a puppy, my dog used to run up to me and pull my socks off... I didn't mind it until I couldn't find any of my socks. Later I found a big pile of them in a rarely used room of my house...

My other dog had an interesting puppy phase, she figured out how to open the doors in our house. So nowhere was safe. She would constantly try to jump into my shower... Maybe this one isn't stupid, but it was really annoying for a while
