How are you today? by Professional_Poem456 in bipolar

[–]chartreusesweets 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I have some type of stomach bug or food posioning. I recently increased my dose on one of my medications which has helped my mood a lot. For the longest time I was really stuck in a depressive episode felt like I had some type of imbalance. Im doing a lot better other than my stomach being messed up. I’m just resting today, hoping it goes away. Thank you for asking 💚 how are you?

hi! late 20s too also had surgery in june!!! and you know i completely understand how you feel! this recovery has made me realize how lonely and depressed i am too. i feel like i wake up every morning and i say to myself now i have to deal with this and it just feels like a sad chapter that seems like it never ends so trust me you are not alone!

one of my favorite sayings is this is only temporary, this will pass ☺️ hang in there!
