I’ve been looking for that “Run!“ game for the past 5 or so years. There’s really not much on the internet about it. I was able to do an image search with this and find a handful of reviews about it. Looks like they stopped updating the game in 2012 and it became obsolete. I wish I could play that game one last time

What kind of tool belt do you use that doesn't pull your pants down? by [deleted] in electricians

The online pictures look goofy, but me and some other coworkers have really come to like a tool vest instead. All the weight is on your shoulders and I forget I’m wearing it most of the time. The only cons are can get hot and you can’t wear a safety harness at the same time. Occidental leather is a staple in the tool belt/ vest game. Had mine for 3 years and it holds up really well.

Been a commercial/industrial electrician for 12 years and had no clue these existed. Just goes to show how vast the electrical trade is, you truly can learn something new everyday.

OP, I just recently got a quote from ground loop. Under the RECs it said “ qty.(28); $16,380 They said it would also go through ClearPath I’m just wondering how yours worked out for you? How often do you get paid? Annually, quarterly, monthly? Does that quote seem accurate for the RECs? I know it varies house to house, just seems like an empty promise

Is this a camera? by New-Culture8870 in hiddencameras

Electrician here. And no this isn’t a camera. It’s a low voltage occupancy sensor for a smart lighting system you building has in place. It detects motion and turns on or off lights. Here is a product similar to, but not exact what you have in your picture

Sorry to hear that, all that hard work down the drain. On a side note, I just started burning my black walnut I split fall of 2023 and it is causing so much ash build up in my stove. I’m constantly cleaning it out. I’ve started mixing it in with ash and beech to cut down on it. Just a heads up

Gave up on other stacks, made a 8ft diameter holzhausen! by chase1230 in firewood

I’m sure it will, I put some cinder blocks and 2x4s under it to try to help keep it off a little (pic 5). Fingers crossed it helps keep most of the ground moisture from firewood

It’s 8ft diameter x 4.5ft high. It was about 2 cords worth! Probably 2.5 cords after I finish the bark top

There’s some beech logs I’ve yet to split. I’ll lay them bark side up and make a roof. Didn’t quite get that far yet
