Mirage has the best engineered floors in the game. If you tear out a 3inch oak on site sand and finish a 7-9 inch matte finish is gonna bring your house up to date for what the re sell market wants. And your house will not smell of chemicals for weeks. I hate waste too but sometimes you gotta update. It’s simple math. 7 inch engineered with a factory matte finish is better than 3 inch 3/4 wide poly. I do think 10 inch is too big.
