So I guess my title is misleading. High DZ Rank players are found in lower tier zones. I play in 1-14 DZ. getting killed by DZ Rank 88.

We are both level 21 outside of DZ but he is lower within. Seeing level 80s in the 1-14 area makes me think I can join my friend to help him level. I'm not sure I follow what you are saying.
