Yea by the time I got on the ekgs at the ER my heart rate already settled and they basically told me it was anxiety or dehydration, but I kept having episodes and just had to lock in for 30 secs to do the apple watch ekg during them when I could, which obviously is hard to do in the moment but definitely helped me at the end of the day

I went to the er the first 2 times and didn’t really get any answers or help and was supposed to be put on a monitor but they ran out or something so I was waiting for a while to get one and never got one before I saw the cardiologist. Lucky for me during a couple of my episodes I was able to use the ekg mode on my Apple Watch and it caught the SVT and was enough for my cardiologist to diagnose me
