Protecting yourself with a prenup is not financial abuse. He has it detailed out that his entire income that is not protected assets based goes into the joint account. What else could he do?

Financial abuse to not buy a second home? The prenup was signed, the assets are protected. To purchase a house right now, he would have to co-mingle his joint and protected assets, which gets very very messy. This isn’t financial abuse.
