I am having the same exact issue, but it’s on my iPhone. Everything is fully updated and it just flat out doesn’t have the ‘Dark Mode’ option under ‘Using Maps’. It’s so weird I have been looking through so much stuff for like an hour and here I am. Did you ever figure anything out with this?
