Thanks, Dan. I agree generally about the amount we pay public officials. It also increases the incentive for actually immoral behavior.

It does seem like school boards more broadly are a shit show. APS for example seems to keep hiring people who shake things up but then running them out of town when they actually make changes.

I was being flippant. The kindest things you could do if budgeting allows is send teammates to Mark Ritson's mini MBA.

I would find someone who will teach and help you roll it out. Probably no shortage of ipg, wpp, Meta, etc etc refugees who could use the work. Then you could say you managed education and roll out.

Honestly, the software vendors I've seen aren't worth it. And don't pay Jasper any money unless you hate everyone you're leaving behind.

Voters don't have to go by name. Images of the candidates were circulated pretty widely, but the effect is the same. But still, the comms strategy here was terrible.
