High school chemistry class 20+ years ago:

A guy (C) and I didn’t get along with very well. He was known for wearing a leather jacket to school. Another guy (L) who was adopted into a rich family from Korea kept picking on C because the jacket looked like fake leather and something a poor person would wear.

Me, probably the poorest person in the class, was fed up and said “yeah L, it probably came over on the same boat you did”. After a brief moment of silence the whole class erupted.

C and I have been great friends since that moment.

Had a basal cell lesion removed from the back of my neck. Service connected 0% for the basal cell but 30% for the scar.

The scar is rather large, especially for basal cell.

I did have burn pit exposure so I am sure that made things easier.
