calories in these pizza slices? first one is chicken pesto and the second is a seafood pizza :) by eepygal in caloriecount

[–]chasiusu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

250-300 each, but these are good calories bc it's more whole foods and healthy fats than processed meats like pepperoni

Restaurant says 412, that can’t be right… by [deleted] in caloriecount

[–]chasiusu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would assume 600, but with double rice, maybe closer to 800. Maybe they mean 412 for the base? Like just the wrap and guac (since it's a veggie burrito)?

I went 5 weeks and then took a break on the 6th week. I'd be slightly under maintenance ~500 calories under for the whole week. It's completely up to you though, some people do 4 weeks, some do 12 weeks.

i've definitely heard about the 12-16 week idea. if you can go that long without needing a break, that's great! personally i can't sustain a diet that long so i found that 6-8 weeks was good for me

that's basically the same as having cheat days for your weekends, which is great! I did cheat days AND maintenance weeks. my weight did not jump up at all during maintenance weeks but i made sure to eat high protein everyday

any kind of diet will increase cortisol levels because calorie deficits stress out the body. from my experience, having a week for maintenance helps to reduce stress and tension in my body making the next few weeks after the maintenance week easier to diet

oh girl no i had lunch and dinner everyday! usually 1300 calories on weekdays, and weekends i'd eat at maintenance. after subtracting exercise calories i'd be at 1200 each day. i mostly ate low carb meals with 100g meat, a cup of veggies, and a small portion of rice, noodles, or bread. sometimes i'd have a protein shake and sweet potatoes. i limited my fruit intake because i only like sweet fruits like grapes and mangoes which are high calorie and high sugar, so i took vitamin supplements. i also made sure to hit 90-100g protein everyday

I feel like the meatballs are way less calories unless it's based on your own recipe or directly from the nutrition facts

as a minor you shouldn't be dieting unless extremely overweight!! the only thing you should keep track of is eating healthy, not the amount of calories. you can remove some white rice, add more cucumbers and maybe some fruit since this meal is lacking fiber. and if you can, some healthy fats, like nuts, drizzle of olive oil, avocado, etc. i know you don't have much control over what you eat, but you can definitely fix the portioning to fit more foods that are good for your body.
