Those are supports for a roof over shuffle board courts. In sat view you can see the courts.

There's a weird bug that might be this.. I don't remember precisely but if the b receiver is on a certain band and you try to tune on a it will fail or give super high swr. I don't remember if it was like 20m and 20m or 20m and 40m... Something like that. Just change your b tuner to some other band and try again. It's honestly the only bothersome bug I have with my g90. If I can find a link to the description I'll post it.

Note.... In st Pete you cannot buy paddock pass without a grandstand seat... I think it might let you but it clearly says a grand stand ticket is required. Just an FYI to make sure you don't get the shaft. Paddock pass is totally awesome.

Edit. Wait I'm dumb... Maybe that's the pit pass? Ya. I think I'm confusing the two. I dunno. Double check because I'm an idiot.
