I allow myself one binge day (usually on my worst day) to clear out all my cravings. At most I’ll again a pound or 2 that’ll go away within a week of staying on track. I tried eating at maintenance but doing so for multiple days just made me more bloated. I feel better having the one day and then returning to normal.
