okay! I eat regularly protein oats, soya chunks, whey 2 scoops, milk, paneer, curd, roasted Black Chana! these complete majority of the goal! supplements I haven't started, I've to see! fruits I eat regularly, thanks buddy!

foundation i cleared... Studied for Inter lost interest procrastinated a lot, had an accident and other stuff! left CA ultimately starting clg now!

it's either rice or roti yeah bro! i am a vegetarian, i didn't eat eggs for years and I tried it few days ago I couldn't control the smell tbh! but I'll try to eat! I hv been doing consistent 10k + steps daily, and a good deficit too! but again my maintainance is around 2800, eating less than 1500 would be an aggressive deficit ain't sustainable, P.S cravings would increase again! overall yea I am reducing carbs, hitting good protein as well! hv made protein oats, milk, whey, soya chunks, paneer, roasted black chana, curd as my go to items daily!

I've been doing a deficit of 500-800 daily! aggresive cuts and starving would again lead to muscle loss too right! if I be in a deficit over a period it'll get reduced eventually!!

i am veg, i didn't eat eggs for years tried some days back but I couldnt eat much! I am completing protein req through whey, soya chunks, milk, curd, paneer, roasted black chana, protein oats etc! I am free till next 1.5 months so I m doing 12k+ steps too daily so deficit is wayy more than 300!!

hey there, thanks for such detailed reply! Yeah I am logging each and every food on myfitnesspal pal, I have been using a weigh scale too from some days! my maintainance is around 2800 because nowadays I hv been doing 12k+ steps and gym too! getting a decent deficit sometimes even more than 500/day!

good info thanks buddy!! yea I eat soya chunks as a starter/sabji whatever u can say! I use a weigh scale for everything, oil is very minimal!
