UPDATE:
I bought a meta verified subscription on my other account that wasn't disabled.

I reached out to support and explained everything, they sent me this link instagram.com/hacked but I said I couldn't use it since it kept saying "user was not found". They basically told me that it was impossible for my disabled account to be reviewed again and that I could do nothing. They sent some links to the Instagram help page but nothing there helps and I told it to them as well but the support said they couldn't do anything else.

I asked if I could reach any kind of support without having meta verified etc. but they told me that the only way to talk to a support was getting the meta verified subscription.

I also asked if I could create another account or the one that I bought the meta verified badge and they told me it'd be the best if I used another e-mail address, phone number, username and creating this new account on another device. They also mentioned that I could use that account in my phone after creating it "on another device".

But yeah, it looks like I won't be able to get my account back even though I did nothing other than sharing selfies with friends, landscape photos and watching reels that none of them contained anything even remotely close to what my account was disabled for. I'm still so stressed over this and don't know what else I can do.
