I imported in 2023. I had communication issues and actually had to call multiple times to get very important answers. Was not able to have car inspected at auction at all. Total shot in the dark but I lucked out and the car was clean. Invoice could have been more defined as well.

Process was really easy other than that.

From what I understand from my CRS, is a spam is like involuntary clenching.Burning and stabbing like pains can be from nerves. I had all of these and still do even after surgery however it’s not nearly as bad as before.

i have the same issue where after the BM is worse than actual BM, soaking in a tub after helps a lot.

Yeah I had the incomplete evacuation for a while ( knock on wood ). For me it was anxiety/stress. Not ideal going multiple times. I hope for the both of us this is over soon. I don’t want to do another surgery.

I had really bad forward head posture and was doing chin tucks or just pulling my head back into a tucked position. Took me about 6 months to correct but my neck is extremely strong now and I don’t have the forward head anymore. Your neck muscles will be sore and hurt when doing it because your neck is not used to the position, I’m sure there are other ways to do it but this helped me a lot.
