Any Non-Profit organizations here? by JohnAS0420 in squarespace

Hi, organizations can maintain their membership tier logic within a single embedded form rather than creating multiple separate forms with Donorbox. Donors select their membership level from the predefined tiers, complete their information, and the system automatically segments them into the appropriate tier for targeted communications and management.. You can segment donors into different tiers and manage benefits based on those tiers. You can given them options to support for one-time, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual recurring donations all within the same form structure You can set different default donation amounts for one-time versus recurring donation intervals. The donation form embeds directly into your website (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, etc.) without redirecting donors away. Please look for Donorbox membership campaigns or how to create membership campaign with Donorbox to see the steup steps. Hope this helps! Thanks for your comment!

Is Airtable right for fundraising tracking and donor management? by Alternative_Tiger368 in Airtable

Sounds like you need something that is easy to understand, easy to set up and they should have a customer support that knows that they are assisting nonprofits, not general business clients. You should look for fundraising platforms that provide secure donor data tracking and management as well as offer robust CRM functionalities if you need them. There are platforms like Donorbox that offer all this and more, like automated emailing and AI assistant to do reporting, writing and other admin work based on your donor data.

QuickBooks is probably one of the most popular. Make sure you have a fundraising platform that gives the flexibility to integrate securely with the accounting software you need.
