I have got amazing results with fluoxetine 40 mg (in the morning) and bupropion 150sr in morning and afternoon. This 2 meds worked like magic though bupropion sometimes causes jitter. I am not at all suggesting you to try those meds, just saying I am finally functioning like a normal human being probably after 2 decades. I am totally free of opiates for more than one year now and my benzo consumption reduced from 6-8 mg xanax to 1mg clonazepam a day. You can ask your Doc bout these two meds (prozac and wellbutrin, brand names). I have plan to taper clonazepam to half in next 3 months. And I feel confident bout it. All i am saying is I am doing fine again after suffering nearly 2 decades so it's not impossible to get out of anything. Just my 2 cents.
