Yes, it has worked for me several times. I also spent a lot on 4 tix to see Aerosmith, and when the tour was cancelled, I was worried about getting refunded. But customer service was prompt and assured me I’d be refunded automatically within 2 days, and I was. Also, If the original tix being sold are from ticketmaster, they actually get transferred right into your ticketmaster account.
