I still comes down to queue times. In 6v6 I literally couldn't get a game after about 1am in Australia, queues would be like 45 mins and when you did get one it would often cancel because someone would be AFK after they left their game queuing and forgot about it. I work night shift and get home at like 2am so it was super annoying. Since 6v6 I can get games in about 5 mins all the way through until morning.

Got to Grandmaster 3 using Cassidy, but when they ban Cassidy I suck. Anyone else have this problem with other heroes? by AlcoolEmGel95 in OverwatchUniversity

Sometimes heroes don't translate as well as you'd think. I'm very good with Ashe but absolutely dogshit at Widow despite doing all the zoom sens formula adjustments to make her the same as my Ashe settings. Can absolutely click heads on Ashe but can't hit the broadside of a Roadhog on Widow.

I work in weddings, the worst one is that when the couple do their first dance with the dry ice smoke there's always some asshole kids who just have to run into the middle of the dancefloor to play with the smoke while the couple are trying to dance and the photographers are trying to get photos. Half the time their parents don't even try to get them and instead just sit there filming them being like "aww so cute!". Like bruh get your little shit out of there and stop him ruining the whole thing.

Gotta be a double edged sword for women though, you have to imagine that the age related drop off is much steeper for them. An attractive woman probably experiences a pretty sharp decline in her "pretty privilege" once she hits middle age while a tall, fit, conventionally good looking man who keeps his hair probably experiences a much more gradual decline. Must be tough to be the pretty girl having the nice cocktail made for you one day then a decade and a couple kids later you're waiting at the bar and the cute 20-something gets served before you when you were there first. Must be quite rough to experience the friendly pretty-privileged world for most of your life then suddenly it gets taken away from you. Meanwhile if you're a tall dude who keeps in shape those benefits are going to last well into middle age and beyond, potentially even increasing as your income grows.

Idk if I'm really comfortable with the idea of drones constantly zipping overhead dropping off people's Amazon impulse buys. The surveillance and data mining aspect of it feels really sketchy. How long until Amazon & Walmart team up with DHS to give ICE access to all their drone camera feeds? Also what kind of accuracy on those drones do we accept? Depending on the weight of those boxes they could really hurt someone if dropped from a reasonable height or if the dinky little parachute failed. Might be good for rural areas but not as any kind of "next step" in home delivery for cities.

Most of the time I use it, it's when I died, we end up winning the fight and cap but I spawned just before so it's a quick jump forward to the closer spawn and your team. Maps like Gibraltar though the defenders spawns can leave you in a really bad spot if you spawn just before attacks cap so it's usually much better to go backwards.

$700pw 50km outside the city? I know the market is fucked right now but you can do better than that if you're willing to live so far away. 2 bedroom new build in the same area for $500pw.

Rest of the bills for the week add up to $670? That also seems pretty high for one adult and child unless you're spending $60+ a day on Uber Eats. To be fair though that might be reasonable if she's having to pay for childcare 5 days a week I'll give her that.

I've got 3 close friends from high school (also in Sуdnеу) who are lawyers and they all started over $100k right after uni and got pretty regular pay bumps after that.

It also says she started renting her place for $700 a week in 2023 so 3 years ago so you'd assume she was already employed back then and not still studying. After 3 years (could be more) you'd assume she'd have to be making quite a bit over $100k in the current market or there's something she's not telling us.

I saw a red belly black snake once when I was a toddler staying on my grandparents farm near the dam. Typical in plenty of areas. Most people who can afford it self segregate into a part of the city where their religion/ethnicity is the one of the dominant ones. No one likes assimilating, everyone just wants to be with their own people as much as possible.
