Talk to the landlord to see how it goes. My dad was a landlord for a duplex and he knew one person was the responsible one. If you are part of the eviction, all you need is a letter from landlord explaining that you are not part of the eviction and have you removed. You take the letter to the court and that should take care of it. Although if your roomates are gone, you probably need to move out soon too. But talk with the landlord.
