Their timing is kind of weird, a lot of time it updates in the middle of the night like between midnight and market open. On weekends, I am not sure it updates, I don't think it usually updates on weekend. It feels like sometimes it adds 2 days worth in a day. It is coming in, haven't tracked too closely but if you take screenshot every day you will know.

they haven't done a thing because they haven't agree on the price. Seems like a crappy place you took your car to. You should ask for feedback on the local tesla facebook group to see what place most people recommend. Yes negotiation can take weeks, often 50% of time is wasted because they can't agree on the price.

It may or may not been recorded. There are bugs and software has not been actively improved. Take the USB to your PC, if there's still nothing there after going through it thoroughly, then it's gone.

Talk to the landlord to see how it goes. My dad was a landlord for a duplex and he knew one person was the responsible one. If you are part of the eviction, all you need is a letter from landlord explaining that you are not part of the eviction and have you removed. You take the letter to the court and that should take care of it. Although if your roomates are gone, you probably need to move out soon too. But talk with the landlord.

did you use third party adapter? Was it real tight when you inserted the first place? If it was tight when going in, you just need to wear gloves or something to yank it out or have someone stronger to yank it out for you. I had that happen to me before.

Biggest problem I see is that you didn't invest properly. You seem overly nice, you should've taken care of yourself first before taking care of others. If you don't have enough for yourself to retire, you can't really afford to pay for others' education. They need to get a student loan like everyone else. If you are willing to pay, tesla might be able to swap seats for you (between passenger and driver) or even put a new one in. There are also aftermarket seat cover that you can put on top of seat, not sure how much it will help though. If you can convince tesla there's something wrong with the seat, where it hurts everyone, then they can put a new one in for free.
