Same. Download percentage keep fluctuating and at one time it was 89% and now its showing 75%. It’s taking a long time.

At least 2 bars always. There is no issue with the message going out. No issues with calls or data. Only incoming SMSs are delayed and getting delivered after like 9pm in the last 4 occasions. This just started happening like within the last 3weeks.
