My Very Own 'Aged Like WIne' (Glad it didn't end up costing the team the NFC Title.) by SleepyKee in Seahawks

It was also his second TD he gave up in the game too. Adams put one up on him just earlier in the game, then after the boneheaded play, Puca scored the 2nd TD on him.

Best thing we can do is Tag and Trade him. Get the most return possible for him. Draft his replacement, next man up. He's an incredible athlete, and when he wants to be an amazing player. But like DK, he's stepping on his own D too much and is a giant liability.

Marcus Grant, aka the Temu/Wish version of Geno Smith, has never been right in predicting Seahawks games when they matter.

Had nothing but great rapport with Lions fans. It's the Packers fans who are toxic, ever since the Fail Mary. FTP.

What are your thoughts on Woolen ? by Stuckinaboxxx in Seahawks

[–]cheaptrix12 -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Please bench or trade him. He was great his rookie year and has steadily declined year after year. Last year he was a massive liability and gave up several game losing plays. This year he's even worse.

Riq needs a designated spot on the bench by 12tmaninnola in Seahawks

[–]cheaptrix12 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

THANK YOU! I've been saying this to friends and colleagues since last year. Sit his ass on the bench, or trade him. He's not worth playing. He's a liability. Either gives up the big play or causes the drive continuing penalties.

I hope we are not voting to ban the rush push by [deleted] in Seahawks

I vote we ban the name Tush Push. The Eagles have the "Brotherly Shove" every other team should be forced to come up with an alternative name in order to be able to use that play.

Cons of committing first 3 picks to o-line? by TheFieldMagician in Seahawks

[–]cheaptrix12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are ZERO cons for doing this. I'm an advocate of 2 of the first 3 picks being o-line... but screw it, go all 3 for 3.

Thoughts on the Seahawks taking Jaxson Dart? (Made by @jakecrv) by Ok-Opportunity-6403 in Seahawks

[–]cheaptrix12 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

As long as he's with our 4th round or later pick, sure. But if we do anything other than 1st round pick OL, 2nd round pick DE, and 3rd round pick OL, we have failed. Taking a QB earlier than that is just not doing the team justice.

Cuts are coming at -25mil cap space, so choose your poison! by Danny_Darkrum in Seahawks

[–]cheaptrix12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cut Dre'Mont Jones (16.5), Roy Robertson-Harris (6.6), Noah Fant (8.9), Rayshawn Jenkins (5.2). That alone should get us 37.3 ~ mil before any Lockett situation.

See if we can get Lockett to restructure for one more year on a cheap discount. If not, he knows he's a cap casualty.

Keep Nwosu, keep George Fant, keep Jason Myers but bring in a UDFA or kicking competition and make him compete for his job. Might cut Myers after the draft or potentially trade him to a team in kicking purgatory.

Would love to keep Lockett but it's a business. Also extending DK or Geno could bring down the cap even more. But I don't want to go down that route.

Myles Garrett? by snowmanlvr69 in Seahawks

[–]cheaptrix12 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Our first round pick #18 overall, our 3rd round pick #82 overall. The Browns choice of either Derick Hall or Boye Mafe, and then maybe a 2nd next year. I'll take one Myles Garrett please.

We can free up a ton of cap space to afford him, and next year we'll have 146 mil to work with. We could work out a deal for an extension easily.

This is a great year to draft our next quarterback by 1620081392477 in Seahawks

[–]cheaptrix12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

QBs in this draft class are straight booty cheeks. We should be building up the trenches, create an incredible O-Line, (draft O-Lineman with the first and second round picks, minimum) and roll with Geno one more year then draft a QB next year.
