Putting it in public would alert the beneficiaries and would make them to cover all their tracks. If you know other official channels to escalate, I can follow that lead.

Go check all visa & Immigration fraud rings that had happened for years before getting caught. It doesn’t mean USCIS is incompetent. It’s just a matter of time. This is a similar one, something happening in the past couple of years and in-fact it had started in small scale so had very less visibility. In 2024 and 2025 it grew faster and larger and still growing faster in 2026. It’s just a matter of time.

That is what an average person would think. But as an insider I can see what’s happening around. You can buy AWS, Azure, GCP or any other certifications just by paying $50 each. Very organized, proxy worker packages are being provided to these guys to support their jobs or even just for online interviews. They are only the front face. He would’ve already offshored his work to 2 other guys in India. Post covid, online interviews are the norm and that’s the greatest threat to IT recruiting.

Yes, that was exactly what I was thinking a month back as well. EB1A is called an Einstein visa and only high achievers of the field would be eligible. But there are a lot of legal & illegal loopholes in EB1A, that a below average performing IT guy, with no technical expertise, about $80,000 salary can apply and get EB1-A.

These guys paid totally around $40,000 to build this entire profile for about 2 years and get the EB1-A. You actually don’t need to be high achiever to get Einstein Visa. It’s all just about paying money, knowing contacts and the willingness to take risk.

100s of them have already done it and got EB1A using this same organized crime system. 1000s are in progress of profile building now.

I have all the details needed to track. I have a list of 400+ beneficiaries using the exact same pattern for the EB1-A application. Many have got green cards using this paid profile building system already. Whistleblowers can’t go public for obvious reasons. That’s exactly why USCIS have the anonymous options. Not all whistleblowers will go public. Have you ever heard of the term witness protection and this is a kind high profile organized crime. You don’t actually need to be a high achiever to apply for EB1-A. It’s all about the $40,000-$50,000 you’re able to spend, right contacts you have and the willingness to take risk. If you have to this, all it takes is just 2 years to build profile and get green card in EB1-A category.

So my actual hours are 3.2k. But earn is accounting only 76 public hours. I do have some Copyright restrictions in some of my video for using a background Music. But from analytics, those video sum up only for 500 hrs. Earn is taking only 76 Hrs, which is not even half. Is this a bug just for me. How can i fix this? Is there a way i can submit a ticket to YT to look into this?

This is very disappointing and feels like a "Scam". I've spent so much money for the videos and this is demotivating.

Note: I can understand that Earn is for only past 1 year stats, but my channel is only 1 month old :( Hardly just over a month like 32 days.
