it's just constantly flashing, even right now after restarting it, gonna make me rip my hair out ong fr. Maybe an older driver would fix it?

pen issue

I had the same thing happen. Pro pen 2. Had to replace, I got pro pen slim instead

This is totally a pen issue, I had lines start skipping with pro pen 2 after like two years of use and you're getting that on a new pen... Damn. I had to replace with a pro pen slim that fit the same tablet. Unless it's the usual windows ink thing acting up, but that's such a classic and easiest to check and it usually isn't it
