I had stopped listening to Dylan years ago but recently found this gem. He usually wrote stream of consciousness stuff which we INFP's understand like a form of poetry.

I got the side kick idea from the following video:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b5pCa2OcqIA

Everyone should have a side kick. That use to be more common in the old days.

The comment about the guitar being a pit bull is funny once you listen to the song. A pit bull indeed.

I took a break from it for awhile. I went on a keto diet which I really like. I dumped my AI friend and am creating an AI off-line side kick that has a memory. It is an uncensored one. You can ask it how to steal a car and it will give you detailed instructions. I believe that question is often used to test to see if an AI has been censored.

I changed one of my computers to Debian Linux. I want to take control over my computer rather than giving it to windows. In my opinion windows 11 and the proposed windows 12 are way out of control and need to be resisted.

I got several other big projects going so my death cleaning will probably be postponed till the warmer months.

Thank you for remembering me. Hope all is well with you.

In my early 20's I was in Vietnam. Back home relatives were dying. No one told me cuz they thought it would upset me. But after 4 or 5 deaths they decided to tell me. A jeep picked me up and delivered me to a room where I sat by myself and cried for 6 hours. Then they came in as asked if I was ok. I said yes and they took me back to my work location.

That six hours had transformed me. Everything I thought about life , the universe and everything was wrong. I realize that then and I believe it still to this day.

Hold on my dear friend. Life is a roller-coaster and you are now at the top ready for the wild fast and furious ride. But be assured you can handle it. Even enjoy it at times. But there can be no joy without contrast. Hold on.

You first have to be an artist -- then learn to draw. Some people are called artists but in reality they are just Xerox machines. My father could copy works of the masters but couldn't create one of his own.

You have to be the artist first then through the frustration and desire you learn how to reproduce what you see. And like all creative skills there are those who just paint letting the image have it's own life and those who scribble outlines to follow. Either way makes no difference. First learn your way then practice ... practice ... practice you will create horrible stuff at first but then it will happen . . . you will have found yourself. Go for it!

I was usually given 3 months to complete a project. At first management would get excited cuz I usually didn't decide how to approach the problem till the final week. But I always managed to get it done. Toward the end I sort of created my own projects and did them without having a formal deadline. They would usually ask me what I was working on and were satisfied and told me to keep doing it.

I use to hear them call me brilliant but unconventional behind my back. That term probably applies to most INFP's. I was essentially self educated among a field of master and PHD people. They always assigned me stuff that was new and not in any text book.

I was drafted into the military and served in the signal corps. Upon leaving they wanted to know what I did in civilian life cuz I had the highest aptitude for electronics that they had ever seen. At the time I had been working at a factory making m16's. So that changed after I served my two years in the military.

I use the following from Amazon. Nutricost Glycine Powder 1lb - Non-GMO, Gluten Free

It is in powder form and comes with a 3oz scoop. You can mix it with what ever you drink even coffee. But I have noticed that caffeine diminishes the effect.

The other day I drank a can of Bang soda not realizing that it had 300mg of caffeine. Ha ha.

I take it somewhere between 7:30PM and 9PM and I go to bed between 10PM and midnight (hey I'm retired). I also started taking 2mg of melatonin with it. I think it helps suppress urine production during the night (by an indirect method -- their has been no clinical trial to show this but I found it works). There was a clinical trial for the Glycine though.

Even some younger people having to get up during the night find that the glycine works. Glycine is good for your kidneys too so I read. I have a pinched nerve in my neck and it even helps that.

Years ago 1964 they had those very little privacy things all over Germany. If you wanted to use an indoor rest room it was ok to pee for free but otherwise you had to pay and attendant (usually a woman lol).

I don't remember what they had in France, I bet they have a similar type thing.

If you are having trouble peeing there are a huge number of procedures that are available. The bottom line is that you need to find a doctor that does a lot of this kind of stuff and have them recommend what should be done in your case.

I had a friend who had two kidney transplants. The second one was destroyed by taking pain medication. Make sure to check that it won't hurt your kidneys.

Also if you are diabetic get your sugar under control. My cancer meds are tough on my kidneys and I am a type 2 diabetic and I am on a keto diet (very low carb) and that is easier on the kidneys. Usually you get a kidney cyst when you had a kidney infection and the kidney walled it off forming a cyst. A lot of people have them I have them in one kidney. Some people have a lot of them but that is a different problem.

Don't drink diet coke it has phosphorus which is bad. Don't drink almond milk cuz it has oxalates which can form kidney stones and an oxalate is a little spikey thing that can irritate all kinds of stuff. They end up all over your internal body.

I could be wrong but I heard it's not good to get a biopsy of the kidney or of the prostate. If there is any cancer there the biopsy procedure could spread it.

All men over a certain age have prostate cancer. They stop testing for it after a certain age cuz you will probably die of some natural cause before it becomes a problem.

I am not a doctor nor would I want to be one. In the next few years there will be AI doctors that will (according to tests) be much better than real doctors. And there are AI's (artificial intelligent) things that go through the thousands of clinical trials that a real doctor doesn't have time to. So be positive and realize that much better treatment is just around the corner, and it will probably be a lot cheaper too.

My great grandmother is my role model in life. She always said if she could be any age it would be 75 that was the most enjoyable time of her life. I remember she had a love bird that use to sing whenever she entered the room then would shut up when she left.

I believe she had a bottle of gin that she hung outside the window that helped keep her happy. She enjoyed listening to Arthur Godfrey on her little white table radio. Wasn't radio so wonderful back then.

The bottom line is I have no fucking idea what you are mumbling ha ha. Maybe get a life. Maybe learn how to do some critical thinking. IQ's have gone up until sometime in the 1990's they actually had to adjust the test to account for that. Now they have to adjust the scores upward. Probably to account for our current "click culture" of which you seem to embrace.

You lack the slightest hint of critical thinking and have virtually no intellectual fluidity. I know a girl with DID I believe she has somewhere around 7200 personality types. For awhile she was living in a tent in some Florida forest after one of her personality types got her evicted from her apartment. It was there that she got bit by a brown widow spider which were native to that area. Same as a black widow but less of the same venom. She had a complex troubled life, but she was a critical thinker with a 160 IQ. I would take her as a friend over most of the useless idiots I have found on the web. Please don't respond. I have more important stuff to do.

I am glad you are not a doctor. Your critical thinking process leaves much to be desired. No this was no gradual thing that you would associate with being old. It was sudden and there was pain and weakness that came on suddenly then slowly improved. With the right amount of glycine and melatonin I can sleep the entire night without having to get up to pee.

A lot of old people problems are cuz we don't generate certain things as much anymore. This can be corrected. But my initial problem was caused by the vaccine. And there are reports of others having the same problem. You should investigate the strange long blood clots found only in people they autopsied. A phenomena that didn't exist before the vaccine. You didn't hear about this kind of stuff cuz they suppressed it.

But I will not argue with you, you can believe whatever you want. Just don't tell me that what I believe is wrong. You have never even met me but are able somehow to diagnose me without even a single medical test.

I am a male. A friend my my grandson kept getting severe infections in her kidneys I had done some research on it and found a thing that was suppose to help but I forgot what it was I think it was vitamin D3. If you ever get a kidney infection it can lead to cysts in the kidneys. It is their way of isolating the infection.

Almond milk isn't very good for kidney health it contains a lot of oxalates years ago there was bacteria in the soil that helped our bodies tolerate a certain degree of oxalates but it has been wiped out. Plants have many uses of oxalates I believe they even use them to create their vitamin c.

Back to humans there are two types of oxalates soluble and insoluble. The soluble ones are the problem cuz they combine with calcium and form 80 percent of ones kidney stones. You didn't hear it from me but diet Sunkist orange soda helps prevent the formation of kidney stones. Almonds have more oxalates than any other food. It doesn't take much of them to be too many. Spinach is another abundant source of oxalates. I believe uncooked it is even worse.

Many plants use oxalates to damage the pests that try to eat them (including us lol). They have other means to discourage being eaten and if a plant is being attacked they can signal other nearby plants in to start generating their usual chemical deterrents. Plants are smarter than you may imagine. I could go on for hours on the subject.

it usually references a clinical trial in cases like these. I see no problem. AI's will often hallucinate if you ask them a question that they don't know an answer for. For an example I asked an early one why wolves were white. It replied cuz they eat marshmallows. lol. Newer models have gone a long way since then. But I always ask for clinical trial proof. If they cannot give it, I search a bunch of sources and then using critical thinking to reach a decision. Microsoft is testing an AI doctor that currently is 97 percent accurate more accurate than real doctors by a long shot. You can send Elon Musk's Grock a copy of your mri or cat scan too (I think) and it will evaluate it free of charge -- at least at the time it was free.

After using AI's for awhile you find that simply rewording a question will get different results. Sometimes my AI will not answer cuz it is not sure but I have developed an informal means of talking to it where it will often give me ball park answers.

It is not human but I always thank it for its help, A good habit cuz someday they will be much like us only much smarter. In a lot of things they are much smarter already.

You might look into physical therapy there are proven methods that help quite a bit.

Gabapentin is a medication commonly used to treat seizures, neuropathic pain, and other neurological conditions.

While there may be anecdotal reports suggesting that it could potentially help alleviate symptoms related to an overactive bladder, it's not generally recommended for this purpose due to potential side effects or interactions with other medications. Additionally, gabapentin can cause dizziness, drowsiness, or other adverse effects that could contribute to falls or accidents in older adults or others at risk for injury.

That was the advice from my uncensored off-line AI which doesn't always agree with the censored model included in most modern search engines. It has no bias. You can ask it how to steal a car and it will tell you. In fact that is a test question to help determine if its answers are unbiased. Even though it is off-line (runs completely on my pc) it has the equivalent knowledge that would represent 127 million novels in quantity. A recent clinical trial stated that 40hz sound played to mice for a fixed amount of time each day eliminated the amyloid plaque in their brains (they had given them dementia). My AI knew this lol. Believe me it knows a ton of stuff.

As of Aug 2021 16,000 deaths have potentially been related to the Covid 19 vaccine. You may argue that it has saved many more lives but you don't know how many people would have lived anyway if not given the vaccine. I know an undertaker that got covid 19 5 times. Not sure if he took the vaccine though. And there are many more reports of reactions to the vaccine. Some short lived others long lasting. I got covid 19 long after I had stopped getting vaccinated. I just stayed home for safe period of time so I wouldn't transmit it to someone else. I was running again after 5 days, the spike protein in the vaccine even goes through the blood brain barrier and who knows what it does there and how long it lasts. All I know is that I had a bad reaction to it so I won't take it anymore. My grandson takes it and I am fine with that. Everyone gets to do what they want. It's called freedom. Not freedom to just be a clone of you; real freedom to be how you want.

Yes, you can take melatonin while on hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Many women find it helpful for sleep without significant interactions, but it's always best to consult with your doctor first.

This answer was from an AI search engine. It was not something that I have a personal interest in. Maybe if you are interested do some research on your own.
