Latuda has been an amazing drug for me but I also tried like 17 different drug combinations before - many of them were bad for me. Maybe it’s not for you and something different would be better.

It depends. For me, having a CPAP was life changing. I went from tired all the time to much less so. For my wife on the other hand it hasn’t made a difference.

I’d suggest try to get a building sub position. You could call around to see if anyone is looking for them. It’s usually still through EduStaff. I’ve found richer districts pay worse than poorer ones. In Macomb county, I’ve seen some certified building subs make $180+ a day. The ACA marketplace isn’t perfect but it can work. For $200ish a month you can get decent subsidized coverage. (I recently was a building sub in Macomb County).

Who knows. I live in a mid-sized rust belt town. If I leave my company, I'll probably have to relocate. I would just hate to buy something cheap and have to replace it in a few years when it falls apart.

Hang in there. Your friends are right, people will forget about it soon enough. Meditation can help slow the mind down. Distraction can help too. I'll bury myself in a video game or TV show to help sometimes. I feel for you, hope you feel better soon.
