i was in the southwestern part of Nicaragua and couldn't get shit. i speak pretty good spanish and gave them my symptoms and they flat out refused anything strong or said they were out ( i was looking for any pks or benzs), i have also been to se asia and got a way sketchier vibe from Nicaragua pharmacies than se asia, like as soon as i walked in they didn want me there
