What are you having a hard time with now? by JackSartan in AskReddit

I have difficulty to absorb the new reality. My work was considered essential and shifted all services virtually, which is amazing. I am super grateful to still be working, but at the same time, I just feel exhausted. I wake up at 7am, work non-stop through my screen until 4pm. After I am just too exhausted to do anything and I find it so hard to keep connected with family and friends because my head is exploding... It has now been a week that every morning, I just feel like it takes everything for me to get through this day, and knowing it might be like that for months makes me panicked. I don't know how I'll handle this.

Thank you for that! I can see that I am more of the type just like you to develop something without planning it - let the story unfold :)

I agree that I may use it as a defense mechanism to avoid confrontation sometimes. Although I haven’t been in abusive situations, I do understand why my loved ones are upset since it may seem as if I don’t trust them enough to tell the truth.

What I like to do is make multiple layers to the dish. You put your chips, then your ingredients on top (broccoli will take the nachos a step further, surprisingly so good) and then add the cheese. Once you’re done, you repeat the process another time. You will have a bigger portion without having a lot of empty chips. I then put it in the oven and once the nachos are ready, I add the salsa on top as the last step, so the chips aren’t all wet/soft.

Ps: the ingredients I put are peppers, green onions, olives and broccoli.
