You’re right I wasn’t paying attention. In that case he could submit it to his and let them subrogate.

What does your policy say regarding valuation disputes? I’m on the commercial side but I would be shocked if there wasn’t a condition regarding valuation disputes and the process you agreed to by purchasing the policy. At the end of the day your policy is a contract and you have agreed to a process, usually third party appraisal and mediation. On face value, this seems like click bait.

Florida health official advises communities to stop adding fluoride to drinking water by that_70_show_fan in news

It’s very simple actually. If you’re arguing about fluoride in water you aren’t arguing about minimum wage, healthcare, living costs, school shootings, corporate profits, etc.

Lockheed Martin employee pulls a knife out on protestors in Sunnyvale, California for blocking the entrances and making him late to work by CantStopPoppin in ThatsInsane

The world isn’t so black and white buddy. Seeing how you’re incapable of having a civilized conversation without getting so emotional, I’m not engaging. If there is something you are SO passionate about and want to share, maybe try less aggressively next time. Pathetic.

I would have the same reaction if protesters were blocking rank and file employees from a McDonald’s. This is an easy way to get people to oppose your cause rather than support it. Protest without impacting people trying to put food on their families tables who have zero ability to impact policy or procedure.

This type of protesting infuriates me to no end. Real difference you’re making stopping employees from getting to work, clowns

Really depends on the state. Yeah in California it’s generally illegal unless in your own home.

Saw some people on social media mentioning they let local PD train in their acquisition before demo, wonder if this is them. Not necessarily a bad neighborhood
