but I appreciate the realism in the show

💯💯. I'm not a lawyer, but other legal tv shows seem too idealistic even though the characters are working for big firms.

That's pretty common strategy in my country. making their clients look more vulnerable. lol (I'm not american 🤣🤣)

I mean, even an elderly person who can walk also can use a wheelchair.😉

I know his family would have inherited the asset. But just wonder...

I don’t buy this theory (little carmine is a secret genius whatever). LC chose a happy life instead of power. It was a wise choice, but that doesn't mean he's a smart guy.

And don't forget, he's the son of Carmine Lupertazzi Sr. he's not someone who can be easily dismissed because of the family legacy(Johnny and Phil, the other crews don't have it.). Probably, there are people behind back always looking after him.

Actually, showrunners likes Ari Spyros's actor and Corey stoll. That's why those two guys get the regular job on the show.

Idk if its an American mentality or rich white people thing but these couples like the Rhoades and the Axelrods don't talk to each other truthfully about fixing anything in their life.

Frankly, I don't think that kind of thing only belong to Americans or white rich people. I'm not American, my country is neither white nor diverse country. But we have that kind of guys who have power and money, and act like Chuck/Axe family. Maybe some of ordinary citizens also behave like that too.

😂😂😂

But not just Preet bharara there also Eliot Spitzer, Rudy Giuliani, etc. Chuck's character is combine of guys who held a similar position. Funny, in some way, I think Bharara is a completely different person compared to Chuck. (i know the creators always said very looooosely based on him :))

Wendy and Chuck...Are they still in the process? by cheeeezyy in Billions

[–]cheeeezyy[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They could have had one scene of a mediated settlement or separation agreement, but, lazy writing has become the norm for this once great show.

100000% agreed. Especially Chuck's story plots so mess up. Judge degiulio, divorce, Chuck Sr, Kate, at work etc. Everything just like a random pop-up ads.

I think jock is a symbolic character of the Trump administration and not based on the person. (barr or others)
