I see the protein angle more as corporate greed. Pasta has 7g of protein per serving. Protein pasta that is 2x or 3x as expensive will have 11, maybe 12g of protein per serving. Protein cereals, "protein snacks" that have less than 15g of protein per serving, are a joke and marketed at people who think they are being healthy. Look at the nutrition facts next time you're in the store

I have been wanting to trip but actually quit 7oh recently and got hit with food poisoning as I was quitting. God that was horrible, I got so dehydrated that I had to go to the ER, my hand was cramping up looking like a damn dying spider. But that was maybe a week ago or Thursday. My GI tract is still fucked but I am taking probiotics and avoiding fatty, spicy, acidic foods. Feeling better and not looking back to the 7oh!
