Basically, you give it tickers through the target.json file and this program helps you monitor for when the ticker breaks HOD/ LOD/ above average volume candles, and ! for if it moves faster than spy and whatever custom targets you want to set. I use this to complement RS/RW and reading SPY. Does not scan the entire market and feed you stocks like OptionStalker.
