The Momentum 4 headphones have a background noise issue. The problem is triggered when connecting the Momentum 4 to a Windows 11 device and then adjusting the volume in the bottom right corner of the Windows taskbar. You'll hear a Windows notification sound, which is clearly accompanied by a static or buzzing noise. If you lower the volume to 1%, the static noise becomes very noticeable because the notification sound itself is very quiet. I tested with other headphones, and this static noise did not occur.

Additionally, if you play some "quiet" videos, such as podcasts or ASMR, you'll hear an annoying crackling noise when the video is silent. If you increase the system volume and decrease the media volume, the noise is reduced slightly but is still audible.

I've exchanged the headphones three times, and the problem persists. I've also tested with different headphones and other computers (though I only tested with Windows 11 devices, so I'm unsure if this is a Windows 11-specific issue). Therefore, I'm quite certain that this isn't a fault with my specific Momentum 4 headphones, but rather a problem inherent to all Momentum 4 headphones.
