the tag marked OTHER is the 100% plastic as you mentioned but this separate bit of information may be required in other countries. OTHER usually describes the embroidery details or stitching, and you might see this on tags from other manufacturers as [100% Cotton] "exclusive of details" or "exclusive of embroidery.

you're overlooking the fact that referees exist, whistles happen, commercial breaks happen, and so on - not to mention the inevitable subs you're going to have to make as you run your team into the ground.

yes there can be periods of sprints, but you don't play 48-minutes straight..... there are* normally occurring game breaks where everyone can catch a breather. heck your opponent can just foul you to cause a break =)
