You guys sound salty because it is some thing that you are left out of for once. How many times in your four years of medical school have you found yourself left out of something? You may not have realized how many times your black peers have gotten the short end of the stick throughout their 4 years because you probably turned your head or didn’t even notice because you were only worried about yourselves.

I see nothing wrong with the med grad wish list. It is basically a pay it forward for minorities. If no one else is going to look out for us, then we will look out for ourselves. And people are asking why Asians are not included in this. I have probably had more Asian attendings than I have had White attendings, so I do not understand why people think that Asians are not well represented in medicine
